Yasir Al-Humairi

Yasir Al-Humairi leads the firm as Managing Partner, with a practice focused on corporate law, company formation, and tax compliance in Iraq. He advises multinational corporations and international investors on establishing and operating in Iraq, engaging directly with the Ministry of Trade, the Registrar of Companies, the General Commission for Taxes, and the General Commission for Social Security.
His experience spans company registration and restructuring under the Iraqi Companies Law No. 21 of 1997, merger and acquisition transactions, work permits and residency processing, and taxation matters including corporate income tax, contract taxes, and withholding tax. He has advised clients on licensing requirements across multiple sectors and governmental commissions throughout Iraq.
