Overview
Tabarek Radeef is a Trainee Lawyer at Babilian & Associates, supporting the firm's corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, and public international law practices. Her work includes legal research, drafting, document review, legal translation, and assisting with cross-border legal matters involving international clients and bilingual legal documentation.
Prior to joining the firm, Tabarek gained practical legal experience as a paralegal at a leading Iraqi law firm, where she contributed to legal memoranda, commercial contracts, court submissions, and appellate briefs, including matters before Iraq's Federal Supreme Court. She graduated fourth in her class with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the American University of Baghdad and distinguished herself as the 2026 National Champion of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (Iraq National Rounds), later representing her university at the International Rounds in Washington, D.C. She is also the 2026 National Champion of the UNDP Mediation & Negotiation Competition.
